Long time, no post.

Hello there dear darklings, and everyone else as well.

So, where to begin? Since my last post quite a lot has been going on. Many new friends, hard studies, festive happenings, a new kind of relationship (no, not an official partner, but it’s something). Things have been overwhelming at times, but it has also been very nice. Very, very nice actually. On the hobbies and interests side, I’ve of course seen loads of movies, been at the cinema at several times which is lovely, I love it. Been reading more about psychopaths and that kind of psychology (yes, I like that). Hm, what else… I’ve been trying to draw/paint some, and well… something actually comes down on paper sometimes.

One of the bigger news and changes is that me and my close friend Helen have found an apartment, and we will move in together on the second of may this year. Which. Is. AWESOME! (I think I mention in my previous post how difficult it’s been with my current living conditions, so…) A big apartment with three rooms + kitchen, bathroom (with a bath tub) and a balcony. So nice. It is in the more ghetto-ish area of Gothenburg, but I think we’ll manage.

The studying (there’s a reason it ends with dying) is still going on, hard for me as hell though. Trying to get things right, but it’s tough. But I guess there’ll be a way, sooner or later. Wow. Anyway.
I’ve been a bit of a… ehum, minx lately. But, well… I guess that comes with me being quite depressed for  several reasons. But I’ll try to fix myself up now. Or at least soon. I have my… well, “master”, or whatever. I have my friends. My dear, lovely friends. I have my family. I soon have a home that I can call my own. Things could definitely be worse.

October, movies, Gothenburg and such.

Very long time and no post!~
Yeah, it’s been much lately, school and such. And to be honest I just haven’t known what to write here. I have now been living in Gothenburg for a little bit more than two months, wich is both awesome and exhausting. The way I live now isn’t that ideal, but it works for now. I live with a close friend of mine, Reine and his inherent James.  The thing is that I don’t have a room of my own. Reine and I sleep in the same bed, and I have my laptop and such in the kitchen. And due to this we get irritated very(!) easily at each other, wich feels bad. But we’ll work it out, one way or the other.

Well, it’s been some partying of course, and loads of Halloween-stuff. Partys, crafting, pumpkin carving, food, autumn. Very lovely. On october 26′th there were a Dia De Los Muertos Party, and this is what I looked like:

Oh well. As I’ve told in previous post, I’m now studying Film Science/studies at the University. It’s very interesting, and we watch shitloads of movies. Right now we’re having a writing assignment about “What’s a good swedish movie?”.  Quite a tough one, but very intriguing. Right now I’m watching Jägarna (The hunters) from 1996, since we are going to watch the sequel tomorrow at school. It’s a great one, quite terrifying at parts though… we swedes are good at that when it comes to movies. Drama, murder mysteries and that kind of stuff. According to me: Lovely.~

The day after tomorrow I’m heading of to my birth town to see my family and at least one friend. I’m so excited and I just can’t wait! ♥ My sweet family.

Trick or Treat! ♥

Happy Early Halloween everyone!
Oh… now I guess many of you will go like… “what, but Halloween is only on October 31!” Yeah, yeah, I know. We all know that. But for a Halloweenaholic like myself, that’s just not enough! I mean, Christmas is celebrated for months, the Christmas stuff comes to the stores already in september for fudge’s sake.
But, but… everyday is Halloween!~
So, yeah, me and my dear friend DD started our Halloween celebrations this weekend. And we had a blast indeed! Candy, Coca Cola, crafting, horrormovies and other movies, music, laughter, talking… so nice! Ah!~

Good evening darlings!
I just discovered that Asylumattendant has nominated me (and six others) the One Lovely Blog Award. ♥ That made me super happy and thankful, I never would have thought that someone would award me like that.
Now, as a following to this, I will tell seven facts about myself!

1. I currently study Film Science in Gothenburg, Sweden.
2. I tend to always get most creative during the late hours/nighttime.
3. I almost always sing, even sometimes just in my mind.
4. I’m very swingy in my mood. I mean very. Very!
5. My favourite beverage is tea, and loads of it, mainly chamomile. ♥

Darkness outside my window. Ghosts.

Today I’ve been washing a lot of my clothes and finally(!) I’ve started packing.
Towels, some clothes and a small bag with things as shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and such. Not nearly there yet, but at least I’ve begun. On Wednesday I’m heading for Gothenburg. Finally! But still, even though I’m psyched and all, I’m feeling some separation anxiety… my pets, my parents, my small town. Oh well, I suppose it’s meant to be like that. Bats are fluttering like crazy in my stomach. It’s a good thing that I bought the amazingly creepy game Bioshock so I can play out some of my stress.

Oh, I have to tell about yesterday. I was at a party in Karlstad that had a dinosaur theme! It was really fun. Music, tacos, games, (a lot of) booze, dancing… and dinosaur details! Great indeed! I laughed a lot, wich is needed now when I’m so stressed from everything. It was a hoot! The downside to it all came when I was heading home (my bus should have come approximately 12:20 AM). A new friend of mine followed me to the bus station and kept me company for a really long time. At first we waited for about thirty-five minutes, longer than I thought we would. When the bus finally came, it just passed the station! It didn’t even slow down. “Okay” I thought, as it said on the schedule that another bus would come in twenty minutes. I didn’t believe it would, but still, we waited. And my friend was amazing and stayed with tipsy little me all the time. Thank you!
It was so late, raining, I was very drunk and really needed to get home. Luckily, I have the best dad in the entire world, he came and picked me up. It’s a half hour drive, and in darkness and rain that’s not a pleasure cruise. So, so kind of him to do that for me! Hah, middle of the night adventure that was. I got home at 2:00 in the morning, and I passed out the moment I put my head on the pillow.  ♥

Now as I said in the beginning of this post I’m drinking tea and watching (listening to?) The 50 Greatest Harry Potter Moments. Feels quite good. I’m not as calm as I wish I’d be, but that’ll come soon I hope.

History, and poi!

Good evening guys. ♥
A cup (read: mug) of tea is  soon to be made, and some more tumblr will be searched through. Seems to be another late night. I feel a need for crafting but my good supplies are at my mothers house, so that need will have to wait for its  satisfaction. Oh well. Today I have not been very productive despite my visit to… oh, what would you call it in english… Employment Services? A sort of department that helps people with getting work and/or studies, anyway, not that interesting. I’ve been surfing the web a lot, and just out of boredom I found my family tree on a site! Turns out I had relatives back in year 1631. That’s pretty cool. They had such beautiful clothing then. And the map below is from the 1600′s, I mean… how pretty is that! Amazing, right?

I so want to know more about my family. ♥

I think that some day during this week I’ll take my time to make my own training poi’s! If you don’t know what Poi is, here’s a video of it!

I learned the basics during Circus Island, a festival wich were held in Gothenburg a few weeks back. It’s so, so funny! Finally some sort of trick I seem to maybe be able to really learn. ♥

News in life.

Good day all my dears!~
I got out of bed like half an hour ago. I feel a bit under the weather, but it’ll be okay I guess.
But yes, I have some news. Some wonderful news!
I got in! I got in to the Film science Course at Gothenburgs University! ♥
“Film Studies is the study of film and television, of their place in society and what they mean to us. Much of our knowledge about the world comes from movies and television, and various digital media based on sound and moving images. Studying film and television in all its forms is thus a way to study man, culture and society“…
It’s so crazy! Life is running a bit to  fast, and I’m really trying to keep up. Not only will I study, hopefully I’ll get to move to Gothenburg quite soon!  Me, Jonas and two more friends are perhaps getting a four-room apartment together and we’ll might get it now in the middle of september, beginning of october. I mean… wow! I would have thought right?

Right now I’m sitting in Reine’s apartment (Gothenburg), alone. He and a friend of ours are out checking on a room for her so she can move here as well. I’m very sleepy… feeling, as I said, a bit down. But it’s okay I guess. A lot of stress, confusion, emotions, anxiety and concerns on my mind right now. Hm, oh well. It’ll be alright. Tonight it’ll either be gaming or Firefly-watching, maybe both.
Hopefully Reine will make his amazing pizza as well! ♥
